- Things that make you go .... - Wednesday, October 19, 2005 Last night Andie gave birth. Chuck and Andie are now able to hold beautiful Rachel in their arms, calm her as she crys, watch her eyes dance around the room as she discovers life. How incredible is that? On a completely darker note (and not in a bad way), I saw Requiem for a Dream for the first time on Monday (two nights ago). So now my head bounces between the striking and disturbing Requiem images and the beauty of my sister giving birth to my breath taking new niece. I feel exhausted, but unable to find rest. But in a good way....

Now that you've seen Requiem - a beautiful, revolutionary film - I would suggest viewing "Trainspotting." Stars Ewan McGregor, Directed by the guy who did "28 Days Later" (which wasn't that bad).
