- Appeasing the Masses - Thursday, December 01, 2005 Well with two official requests for a new post I am inspired. Now what to write about... A great thing happened today. I was psyched this weekend to get a little Christmas tree. Last year we didn't decorate our apartment- I was still in college, we were going ot florida to see shauns fam, and c'mon, my walls were cinderblock. I was less than motivated. But this year, I was psyched. Shaun and I met up with Mr. Randy Costa on Saturday and we went to Target- they boys ditched me for the electronics department and I happily went on in search of a fake tree. Well they were a little more expensive then I had anticipated, so i settled for a couple strings of lights and cheapo ornaments to put around the apartment. Oh, and dont forget two stockings to hang on our mantle. Even though we didn't get a tree, I was really happy after I did the little decorating my purse could afford. Well today I got home from work (12 hours after i left in the AM), in a crappy mood, tired and hungry. And there it was-a tree. A beautiful, artificial, twinkling tree. Randy and his Mom had dropped by- with that most perfectest tree i have ever seen. I always knew Randy was generous- one of those guys that would drop whatever he was doing if you needed him, no quesitons asked. Now i see where he gets it from. Thank you Costas!
